From the time of Goldquest, there have been so many companies luring greedy and lazy people, with the promise of high returns and easy money. Enter now the latest raid of Genneva Gold trading investment this week in Singapore and Malaysia.

Don't people every learn - it the returns on your investment is so high, the banks and insurance companies will be the first to get in - and they don't need your small retail investors funds.

The wellness trend continues to grow - fuelled by the Baby Boomers (those 48-66) and Generation X (those 30-47) who all want the same thing - anti-aging, youth, wellness, fitness and energy. Generation Y ( those below 29) follow close behind trends as they see their parents and grandparents in their state of illness or wellness and are now concerned about prevention rather than cure. The wellness revolution will continue as long as there are people alive.

4. You must have an element of leverage. Franchises will continue to florish, but the average franchise is not for the average person, due to high capital, knowledge, connection, experience, time and risk involved. But most people understand we have to earn passive income rather than active income.

I pity some people who never learn how to choose the right company to build a business with. This latest scam is probably the Fusion Excel company selling the overpriced pendants.

Over the last 37 years since MLM was approved in Malaysia, many people still don't know how to select the right company to partner with, but instead join ponzi illegal money scams, where the last person carries the hot brick and loses it all.  Do remember if the guaranteed promised returns are so good, the banks will buy up the company and invest everything, instead of of the company wasting time finding the small investor.

But maybe these people are so hungry for make quick money, they do not realise that there are 4 principles of building a huge business that can give them passive income.

J Paul Getty - the 1st billionaire in USA said there are 4 principles of building a big sustainable business:-

1. Find and market a unique and consumable product. Unique means patent protected and preferably a market leader in innovative research-based products. Consumable means someone uses it, finishes it and must re-purchase it the next month.

2. Have a huge and expanding market. Your market is not the country you stay, but should be acceptable as a world class product, that the world will want to buy.

3. Be in the right trends. A wellness revolution is taking place and internet trends are driving the way business is run and products are marketed cross borders.

Real customers to sustain a business

Many people get sucked into scams that only suckers who are lazy and don't want to work, will participate in.

For a real business to sustain, you must have a range of consumable products, that you can find real customers, who will gladly pay you retail prices again and agin with each re-order.

If the people buying your product are only interested in making money, then the scheme is doomed to fail.

So the acid test is this - is your product or service so unique, that it is simple and possibly easy to find retail customers, to purchase from you again and again. If so, then you have a chance of success. If not, then stay away, very far away.

Don't let greed, block your vision. Let your passion, be serving others with your product or service.

If a program promises you huge returns with no work, chances are it's a scam. For it the returns were so good and so easy, all the introducer needs to do is to profit everything themselves.

Angel & insurance funds, the Ah Longs and legal money lenders will rush in, if the returns exceed the normal interest rates. Yet because of greed, so many people got burned by the Swiss Cash scam.

Money can only change hands into yours, if you can add value to a product or service you offer.

The Securities Commission, Malaysia issued an alert list for all the internet scams and illegal deposit taking get rich quick schemes on the internet.

Sorry to all my friends who didn’t listen to me and lost their time and money too, investing in Goldquest, Questnet, Swisscash, ESuisse etc.

The worst news is Bank Negara (Central Bank of Malaysia) together with the Police will soon be knocking on your door, as you have illegally promoted this scam to your friends. Even if you are not caught, it’s really a shame all your family and friends lost money, just because of your greed to get rid of your hot brick, and get your money back.

Some people just never learn – everyone wants to get rich quick, but not do any work!. I didn’t say you have to work hard, but to work smart and get rich slow.

For the last 8 years, I’ve worked from home, and built a huge fast moving consumer products base, with Unicity International Network Marketing business, my BiosLife Franchise Business and a few months ago, an Internet Marketing business.
