New Blog upgrades to drive traffic & earn money

This week, I added a few more upgrades to the friendster and blogger blogs.

Firstly, I subscribed to Review Me and had 2 of my blogs approved. And I picked up my first $5 assignment with this new company.

Next, I subscribed to Advertlets to sell advertising space on my 6 blogs. Quite nice ads they have and quite effective too, cos in just 1 day, people have clicked on their ads, and I have some earnings already.

I also subscribed to Nuffnang to sell advertising space on my 6 blogs. Their site satistics are really good, but so far no earnings there yet.

Then I joined Bumpzee to have my 6 blogs listed in their community and to drive traffic to my blogs.

Went to update my Feedburner account as now the visitor statistics are now free.

And finally, I added to my blog the following:-

a) Google Translater, so my blog can be read in multiple languages
b) Code so you can copy and past to your blog to link to me
c) a link to add my pages or blog post to Stumble Upon
d) a link to add my pages to Del.icio.us

Does Technorati work like Feedburner?

I've been using Feedburner for a few months now, and found it really helps my site with traffic. Been getting lots of subscribers and lots of hits through Feedburner.

Just today, I found Technorati. So it's been a busy Monday, claiming my 6 blogs and making some small layout changes to my blogs.

Will update you on my blog progress after listing with Technorati. Anyone using this service, have info to share with me?

It's tough when you try it all alone, but if you have a team of like minded people, sharing ideas and encouraging each other on, it helps with the support and encouragement.

So what's the reason you blog?

Some blog to waste time, others to complain.

I was actually using 2 blogs, a private blog to keep an archive of my weekly messages to my associates and friends and a public blog to share my travel and life stories to educate and entertain.

On 7th March, I decided to start using blogging to support my internet marketing business and 10th March I opened up a new blog for my Bioslife Franchise business.

Then I decided to use Feedburner and MyBlogLog to feed my blogs to the public. So surprised, I get so many new subscribers and hits everyday. What a motivation as so many people like to read my blogs.

So 13 April, I decided to start 2 new blogs – 1 for my water system business and another for my personal care business.

Today, when I went to check Feedburner, wow, so many hits and so many subscribers.

Thanks to all of you for subscribing to my blogs. Hope to share more with you everyday. ( Now a bit busy doing my 2006 taxes online. Hehehehe)
