Lot's of people try to earn money online, trying to sell products, services or businesses, that they themselves would not even consider to buy or recommend to their loved ones.
The only way to succeed online, is to ensure you build respect and credibility and only promote things that you personally would buy and use.
Selling once is luck, but selling to the same customer twice, boils down to your service and the quality of the product you sell.
Of course, by having a good feedback score in eBay and a blog that gives good information also helps build up your credibility, making it easier for buyers to trust you.
Happy selling and every success always.

Selling online successfully in Lelong and Ebay
Ebay has some restrictions and you cannot sell ebooks, and make product claims . So some products that are not allowed in eBay, I sell in www.lelong.com.my
I have 2 ebay accounts with the first selling mainly health supplements like the Constipation Tea, Arthritis creme and Cholesterol drink. www.kingkraal.com/ebay/
The second eBay account sells just books and soon some training CDs and DVDs. Some of the most popular books being bought today are The Secret, The Law of Attraction, Blue Ocean and The Science of Getting Rich to name the top 4. www.kingkraal.com/ebay1/
In Lelong, I sell a variety of products, including 3 ebooks that I cannot list in eBay. My best selling ebook is The Guide to Mystery Shopping in Malaysia and Brunei, and best selling products are the Spy Camera Detector and Fuel Saver.
I am slowly but surely building up my online reputation through my feedback scores, and sales have been increasing more than 200% month on month.
Please do give some honest feedback, so that genuine online sellers like me, to help out other buyers distinguish the real sellers from the cheaters.

Selling online and in eBay successfully
How does someone trust you, especially since there are so many crooks and scammers online ?
Well some of the few tricks I have been using are:-
a) put up your real photo, so buyers can see who they are dealing with.
b) put in your contact details, so buyers can contact you for more details
c) ask for a positive feedback and detailed seller rating for every sale. Buyers gain trust from seeing you have been an active seller and have been serving past buyers well.
If a website or sale listing does not have these, I would be cautious paying money to a stranger who is afraid of disclosing who they really are. Don’t you agree?
Here are 2 screenshots showing my feedback scores for the last 12 months and also detailed seller ratings for the last 10 sales.

Trust me, it works, and people will buy from a real person, who has good feedback scores and also a good detailed seller rating.
Good luck selling online.
