Is it more fun saving more or earning more?

I've been talking to some friends and they are all concerned about the impending increase in fuel prices in 2008. Most are not aware that the whole economy will be affected by higher fuel prices as everything involves transport. Food, clothing, essentials, tranport, postage, gas & electricity will all cost more.

When the price of petrol was fixed many months ago at RM1.92, the price per barrel then was US$66. This was inclusive of a government fuel subsidy of RM1 per litre or RM34 billion yearly.

When the new fuel prices for 2008 are announced, be prepared to spend an additional RM300 - 1,000 monthly for your fuel and increase in all goods & services.

So it will be more fun if you can earn an additional RM1,000 monthly so that you don't have to compromise on your lifestyle. If so, then its time to talk to me and see how we can work a plan so life can be better in 2008 and beyond.
