3. You must be in the right trends - not fads. Trends are created by the groups of people having the most disposable cash. The wellness trend continues to grow - fuelled by the Baby Boomers (those 48-66) and Generation X (those 30-47) who all want the same thing - anti-aging, youth, wellness, fitness and energy. Generation Y ( those below 29) follow close behind trends as they see their parents and grandparents in their state of illness or wellness and are now concerned about prevention rather than cure. The wellness revolution will continue as long as there are people alive.
4. You must have an element of leverage. Franchises will continue to florish, but the average franchise is not for the average person, due to high capital, knowledge, connection, experience, time and risk involved. But most people understand we have to earn passive income rather than active income.
