The Broadband or Dial-Up dilemma

After talking to many friends, I realised many are still on dial up service as they spend about RM30-40 monthly on their internet connection and the cheapest broadband service used to be RM 77 monthly.

Well if you are spending RM26 for your phone rental and paying dial up internet charges of more than RM34 monthly, then its time to move to the Streamyx Combo 1.

For just RM60, you get unlimited broadband usage, inclusive of the phone rental charges. Before you do anything, just dial 100 on your fixed line phone and check if your area is covered by the Streamyx service by giving your phone number

If you are ready to signup with this Streamyx Combo 1 package at RM60 or just the Streamyx basic at RM45 (phone rental chargeable) , well contact me and I can get you started in 2-3 days. Both options come with a free modem!

Do you really want to earn money online?

So many people just wish and hope but think earning money online is like winning the lottery. Just buy a one dollar ticket and dream of becoming a millionaire.

Sorry to disappoint you, but you gotta stop dreaming and hoping for this is not the lottery, and you have to spend time, some sweat and a bit of cash to learn some tricks, before the money starts coming in.

So far, I've spent a few thousands attending some seminars, lots of time attending some seminars and meeting up and picking the brains of those that have made it. Also spent a bit on ebooks and some domains and advertising, to jump start my adventure online

I liken the internet to planting a fruit orchard. You do the hard work in the begining, and once your foundation is set, the field is toiled, the seeds planted, the plants watered and fertilised, only then can you sit back and enjoy the fruits year after year. Oops. yes you still need to get off your bottom to go pluck the fruits, wash it, skin it to eat it.

I've put all the important links I use to build my internet business at this site - www.LinksToStartAnOnlineBiz.com I hope this will help you get started - only if you are serious and committed to make things happen.

If you are just curious and interested, then this is not for you, and you should just watch things happen and continue buying your lottery ticket.

Online reputation and credibility is everything

Many people ask me how I am able to sell just about anything online - from free vouchers, free gifts, health supplements, fuel savers, spy camera detectors, used and new mobile phones to name a few.

Well there are a few things necessary to be a successful online seller in ebay.

1. Post a good photo of your product and yourself
2. Describe the benefits that can solve their needs, and not features
3. Include testimonies - either written, audio or video
4. Make it easy to pay - offer many different payment options, including COD for local buyers - as some people are afraid to use their credit cards online.
5. Offer at a really good price for common items or a product people can't get anywhere else
6. Offer different shipping modes based on cost and delvery speed
7. Ship out fast using a courier to ensure item is received safely
8. Include a surprise bonus or brochures or samples of other products you sell
9. Include a thank you note and tips to maximise the benefits of the purchase.
10. Ask for a positive feedback and rating of 5 on all 4 DSR criteria on eBay
- a) item accurate as per description
- b) fast and positive communication with buyer
- c) fast shipping
- d) resonable shipping charges
11. Keep in touch through a weekly newsletter on offers.
12. Do some marketing by writing blogs about what you sell, so that people can find you on google or yahoo.

Buyers will do business with sellers they trust. And its always nicer to buy from a seller who is open and has good credibility and high positive feedback scores.

Remember, not all buyers will purchase the first time they are approached, but it takes between 5-7 contacts, before someone decides they trust you, and are willing to give you money to solve their needs.

If you have a product that you would like to sell, but don't have the expertise or time to do it, well do contact me and we can do a JV - joint venture and share the profits.
